About Little Treats

My name is Tessa Bruce, I am a mum of two little boys and I run Little Treats from my home in Witham St Hughs, Lincolnshire.  Little Treats is a small chocolate making business which has gradually grown from what began as my hobby.  I make high quality chocolate confectionery using only the best ingredients. My chocolates are made fresh to order and are innovative and delicious.  I try wherever possible to source and use local ingredients such as cream, butter and honey.  My skills are mostly self taught but I have also had professional training at Slattery's chocolatier in Manchester.

I use beautiful chocolate couverture from Belgian producer Barry Callebaut, and add only natural flavourings and no artificial preservatives or colourings.  The absence of artificial preservative gives my double cream truffles a shelf life of only three months but they are rarely required to last that long!  The solid chocolate items have a much longer shelf life.

I make chocolates to be packaged as personal gifts for all occasions, the type of chocolates and style of presentation can be tailored to suit the individual or the celebration.  Birthday parties, Childrens' parties, Anniversary and Christening celebrations, Business and Corporate functions can all be catered for, or of course just a "little treat" for someone special.  I also make an extensive range of things for Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, Mothers' Day and Halloween.

As I now also specialise in wedding favours, I can make the chocolates of your choice, package and colour coordinate them to perfectly compliment your colour scheme and theme.  Everything is tailored to your unique requirements.  Favours start from about 75p each and can be as simple or elaborate as you like. If you are interested in my wedding favours please call or e-mail me to discuss what you would like and I will do my very best to help make your day even more special.
