Truffles
The range of truffles we can make is extensive. Based on a classic ganache recipe they are either hand rolled or elegantly moulded with soft and delicious truffle centres. Our range includes traditional favourites such as champagne and those based on popular liqueurs, in addition to stylish flavours like cappucino, orange & ginger and coconut. There are too many to list here, but we can create a special selection, stick to one preferred flavour or perhaps even devise a new bespoke chocolate especially for your occasion. Fondants and Creams
We can make traditional fondants such as rose and violet which are then enrobed in milk and dark chocolate and finished with crystallised petals and infused sugar. Cool peppermint creams encased in crisp dark chocolate are always a favourite for after dinner.
